Making moves sustainably
Architectural firm Bond Bryan chose to relocate from the historic Church Studio site they’d occupied since 1989. With ambitions to be Net Zero, their new office project required a strong commitment to sustainability and carbon consciousness.
Working Together
The conceptual designs were created by Bond Bryan. Our project management team worked closely with them to add a level of contractor design to support the fit out. We understood the desire to create 32 individual work spaces yet ensure flexibility for collaborative working. Concentrated meeting spaces and a bespoke welcome desk were all part of our brief.
Managing more, saving more
The client had to deal with only one point of contact, with Formm taking care of every aspect of the aggressive programme. Our project management team arranged sourcing, procuring, and implementation. This covered everything from acoustics to floor finishes, ergonomic seating to AV co-ordination, partitioning and bespoke joinery.
The perfect fit
An important part of the design was the legacy workstation which required re-manufacture and re-sizing. All bespoke joinery was manufactured in-house by Formm, allowing us close control over quality, cost and timings.
