A collaborative ‘One Team’ approach was central to the project’s success, bringing together Turner & Townsend, Blokka and Formm from concept through to completion. Working closely with the client-appointed design team, we translated the design vision into a high-quality workplace, coordinating fit-out and furniture delivery through a single, integrated programme. Sustainability remained a key focus throughout, with materials selected to support both environmental objectives and long-term workplace performance.
